Each season of life brings with it unique and often difficult challenges, and there are times when we need help to overcome them.

By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques including cognitive-behavioral and client-centered perspectives, we can explore long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

You will go past Firebrook Subdivision (which will be on the right), and at the stoplight, you will take a right onto Wind Haven Drive. My office is located on the second floor in the second building on the right with the letter "A" on the front.
